Verdict

A belated return to action for Forgotten Voice, formerly a high-class handicapper on the Flat for Jeremy Noseda and not at all disgraced when upped to Group company. Absent for nearly two years, he's a fascinating hurdling recruit to the Nicky Henderson yard and it will be interesting to see what the market makes of him. However, he has three previous winners to contend with here with little to choose between the trio on achievements to date. Narrow preference is for SUD PACIFIQUE, another former Noseda inmate. He's taken well to his new discipline, likes the ground and may just have a tad too much class for heavy ground Hexham scorer, Yesyoucan, and doughty Stratford winner, Ivan Vasilevich.
