In depth

Verdict

Go Solo gets the confident vote here with Vegano and Oakapple Express rating the main dangers. The selection was a good second behind Avesomeofthat last time out, that form has since been franked and under conditions that suit off the same mark he looks the one to be on. Vegano rates the main danger on his best form, hails from a shrewd yard but the suspicion is he may just need the run after a 567 day absence. Oakapple Express is another that could go well but he showed little after a long absence last time so cannot be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Barton Legend could improve for the fitting of first time cheekpieces and should be watched in the market. But for the winner we return to Go Solo who sets a fair standard and will be hard to beat.
