Verdict

Road To Rome has run well in all three starts to date over fences, including over course and distance last time, but is possibly a few pounds too high. FOUNDATION MAN has run well fresh in the past so an absence since December is not a huge disadvantage. He’s well treated on his best form and can get the better of last month’s Sedgefield third Midnight Walk and veteran Wings Of Smoke. The others probably have a bit to prove at present.
