Verdict

IF THE CAP FITS (NAP) was a smart performer in bumpers and made a smooth transition to hurdles at Exeter. The well-beaten third has won since and the fourth ran well at Kempton on Monday so the form has a very solid look about it. He's likely to be a short price but should be too good for last month's Market Rasen winner Demon D'aunou. Solomon Grey was unlucky not to win a bumper and is likely to win races over hurdles but he is probably taking on an above-average novice. Commodore was placed over hurdles in France and won a minor chase but may just need his first run for Venetia Williams.
