Whispered Secret catches the eye here ahead of North Landing, Kronado and Sailor A'Hoy. The selection was formerly trained by Richard Guest, for whom he showed a good deal of promise, and he ran very well on his first run for Martin Pipe when second at Stratford recently. A repeat of that run would make him the one to beat. Christian von der Recke does very well with his runners in Britain and the booking of Tony McCoy for Kronado is interesting, although this one has shown little in three German starts to date. North Landing was placed at a low level on the Flat, and First Dynasty comes here fit from a Wolverhampton all-weather maiden win, and showed promise when third on his hurdling debut at Newbury last December. Sailor A'Hoy has shown solid-enough form of late and first-time blinkers might sharpen him up further. He could give the selection, which is Whispered Secret, the most to do.
