TWO MILES WEST is the tentative suggestion to get the better of Dais Return, Little Shilling and Cannon Fire. The Master of Jackdaws Castle has been responsible for both winners of this race and this son of Sadler's Wells may be able to complete the hat-trick for him. He actually has a pretty decent strike rate and is more than capable of taking this contest if he's on a going day. He wasn't at Worcester last time when behind Little Shilling who enjoyed a fruitful campaign last term but will need to come on for that run if he's to go on again this year. Cannon Fire is a consistent performer who isn't too badly handicapped over the smaller obstacles whilst Tension Point ran well when last seen and has claims if he's able to run to that level without his usual pilot. Dais Return failed to run to his best at Southwell but that track doesn't suit every horse and he's tried in cheekpieces which may help him return to the form he was in prior to that run. Two Miles West certainly comes with risks attached but he's good enough to win this if he consents.
