Verdict

Several have won maiden hurdles including Prairie Dancer, who won at Cork earlier and is weighted to get the better of Limerick winner Rebel Step. But DOUGLAS DC (NAP) is expected to improve for this extra distance having beaten a subsequent winner at Tramore last month and Gordon Elliott’s charge gets the vote on that form. Doran's Hope is related to winners on the Flat and may prove best of the rest.
