PAIDI'S PASSION gained her only success to date over this course and distance and looked ready to win again soon when runner-up to the in-form Presenting Lad at Roscommon. Florey Spud is 0-17 but has now finished second four times and it will be a surprise if he isn't in contention again. Eion Christopher has a strong hand via Jesina, who has shown up well in a couple of races since joining the yard, and Rathnaleen Zoey, who produced her best run to date at Kilbeggan on Friday. Jenny Flex started favourite at Bellewstown on the back of a good run at Downpatrick but was found to be lame post-race. Sittingonthefence was placed twice here last summer and will be better for last month's comeback.
