Bronte Bay has some decent runs over fences to his credit but he's now gone 14 starts over the bigger obstacles without winning and is worth opposing. CORRICK BRIDGE is given another chance to get his career back on track as he looked a very good chasing prospect when runner-up to Whatever Next at Galway a year ago. He unshipped David Casey there last time but this is an easier contest and Ruby Walsh takes over this time. The biggest threat is likely to emerge from useful hurdler Farringdon, who makes his chasing bow. The four-times winner is rated 136 over timber after some fine runs earlier in the year and a recent run will have put him straight. Borrowaddy didn't enjoy his opening run over fences in January but will have been well schooled by his in-form handler and is certain to do better.
