Verdict
FATHER JED was brought with a well-timed challenge to score over slightly further at Galway a fortnight ago, when Ballygill Princess was well beaten and, though 7lb higher, can repeat the process. Mileys Dream showed improved form at Listowel before scoring there a few days later and it will be a surprise if a 6lb penalty prevents another big effort. Oscar Chimes doesn't win often but is gradually dropping to a winnable mark as is The Shaughraun, who is still a maiden but ran his best race for some time at Clonmel a couple of weeks ago. Festive Day has only had three starts over hurdles and is 20lb lower than over fences.
