WAR ADVOCATE showed a big improvement when placed at Dundalk on his handicap debut. Adrian Keatley’s charge should be bang there at the finish with an apprentice’s allowance further helping his cause. Jackhammer went close over 1m1f at Musselburgh recently while Pudding Chare wasn’t beaten far at Hamilton. Rebel State has just the one win on Turf in 19 starts but Lucky Violet completed a double at Musselburgh last season and is also preferred to Testa Rossa if back to her best.
