LUCTOR EMERGO recorded a hat-trick over 1m2f at this track in July. He finished a decent third over today's longer trip at Carlisle last time and is dropped in class today. Keith Dagleish's charge is preferred to last month's Hamilton winner A Southside Boy, though Chookie Hamilton has tumbled down the weights if he can rediscover his best. Forrest Flyer beat Vittachi a length over 1m7f here last month but the latter may reverse running with an apprentice's 5lb in his favour while there's not much between Three White Socks, Shifting Gold and Turjuman on their run at Southwell.
