Most of these have made the frame recently but few have winning form. Inspector Norse has produced his only two decent runs, including a victory, on Epsom's gradients and he's gone up 5lb for finishing second there last time. Baltic Fire has run 16 times without winning and though placed in more than half he doesn't appear to be getting any better. Musical Molly gained her only victory on fast ground but has been reserving her best for Southwell this season while Trinity Star has been beaten five times since his Redcar victory and looks a few pounds high. Neuf Des Coeurs did a bit better at Hamilton last time but connections won't be pleased with a 3lb rise so in a tricky finale a chance is taken with MCCARTHY MOR, whose best run to date came when finishing strongly over 7f at Leicester in June and who has been operating over 6f subsequently.
