Evangelist and Regimental both have claims on their recent form but this is probably best left to the two last time out winners in the field Henry Windsor and Frank's Quest, with preference for the latter. It may only have been a claimer that the John Harris-trained gelding won at Ripon last month but this is no better and he is taken to follow up. Henry Windsor won a poor rating related maiden over five furlongs at Carlisle on his most recent start and may not appreciate the step up to seven furlongs for the first time. In a poor contest, the Paul Nicholls-trained Regimental Dance, Alan Berry's Evangelist and Linda Perratt's Shatin Special all have to be respected but this should not take a great deal of winning and it is difficult to get away from Frank's Quest.
