DOMINICAN MONK is the form pick to land this handicap chase with both Leslingtaylor and Pepsyrock worth noting. The selection comes into this race on the back of some decent efforts. He won at Sandown last month before going in again at Haydock last time out. He is five pounds higher in the weights which will make life tougher but with further improvement still to come at the ripe age of ten we feel he could prove difficult to beat. Leslingtaylor has run well in some competitive races of late and after winning at Doncaster he ran particularly well when fourth to Oh Crick at Aintree last time out. If recapturing that form he is sure to be in the shake up once again. Pepsyrock comes from a yard in form and having won back to back races at Sandown and Newbury he then ran a fair second to Ke Jumper at Kempton last time out so is another to add to the short list. A competitive race on paper but for the winner we return to Dominican Monk.
