Verdict

Several of these have shown enough to suggest they can win an ordinary maiden but C&D second Trail Blaze may struggle to get across to the rails from his outside draw while Daddy Warbucks also starts out wide. Double Cee disappointed at Beverley last time but Star City has been knocking on the door and Strictly Silver has claims on her second to subsequent winner Pickled Pelican at Warwick. Magic Destiny needs to step up a little on her first two starts, however, so the vote goes to SERENE OASIS, who was taking on better opposition at Kempton last time. Her debut third behind Dreamwriter at Newbury has worked out well and she showed she handles give in the ground at Goodwood later.
