In depth

Verdict

Always Resolute won over 2m4f at Newbury last month but looks vulnerable here over an extra half-mile having been raised 5lb. Sultans Pride has already won three times this season but has gone up another 6lb since Doncaster in February and none of those behind have franked that form. Course and distance winner The Ogle Gogle Man is taking a big step up in class but Stop The World could be interesting running in his first handicap after a pipe-opener at Wetherby. I'd Better Go Now will enjoy the better ground and Off The Beat might have more to offer while Jessiemac runs her best races here. TOMORROW’S ANGEL has gone close on the Flat since edging out a subsequent winner at Kelso. Trip and going are in his favour again and he looks well treated here getting plenty of weight from the lightly-raced Major Dundee and One For You at the top end of the handicap.
