A competitive event in which Kevin Darley renews his partnership with Bright Green. The pair were successful at Ponterfract back in August, when beating the useful yardstick Strathspey, he then stepped up on that effort when not beaten too far in a much better race at Kempton. This step up in trip looks sure to suit and he is taken to see off his rivals. Welsh Wind is gradually coming down in the handicap and if somewhere near his best, he could prove a threat, while others to consider include course and distance winner Kid'Z'Play and the front-running Altay, who was runner-up over course and distance to Pasithea, on softish ground, back in May.
