Verdict

Last Of The Bunch is sure to have his supporters here being only 2lb higher than when runner-up to Rushwee at Wetherby - this longer trip should be more to his liking. Malin Bay was third over 2m on his reappearance at Newcastle and is entitled to strip fitter today, while What A Steel was made favourite for a similar contest at Market Rasen last month and is only a pound higher. Bene Lad won over a slightly shorter trip here last month before finishing third at Newcastle and is still at the right end of the handicap but we're going take a chance on WHAT A DREAM. Though behind Delightfully when only seventh over 3m here last month, the five-year-old pulled much too hard that day and is better judged on an earlier second at Kelso where he showed himself to be suited by a soft surface.
