Verdict

Happy Hollow completed a hat-trick of bumper victories way back in 2016 but didn't reappear until beaten a long way on the Flat at Pontefract last month. ALAPHILIPPE landed a point-to-point at Belharbour in February and a Ffos Las bumper last month. There's more to come and he can take care of another bumper winner in Velasco, who ran well behind the odds-on Across The Line in a novices' hurdle at Hexham. Aquitaine Boy was a 50/1 chance on the latter track last month but wasn't disgraced and Brian Hughes takes over.
