Verdict
BLUE SONIC made her handicap debut over this track and trip last month where she ran well to finish runner-up to Secret City. She's only been raised 1lb and can take this as she wasn't beaten far behind Clumber Place here on Saturday when Irish-based Elusive Gent finished down the field. Ivy Port has become something of a Southwell specialist and both career victories have come there but Jay Kay looked suited by some give at Ffos Las last week, his first start for over a year. Mr Bounty is trained on the Curragh and won at Kempton on his only previous start in the UK so has to be respected.
