      Verdict

      Lollina Paulina improved to finish runner-up over 6f at Leicester last time and this extra furlong should bring further progress. Lady Layla ran out of steam in the closing stages over today's trip at Thirsk on her debut and can also figure, but this can go to a newcomer. Sally Pepper is related to a winner in America and is worth noting, but Richard Fahey has had more two-year-old winners at this track than anywhere else in the last five years and COSMIC HALO's half-sister and stablemate Cosmic Moon was good enough to score on her debut last year.
