Commodore Barry makes the long trek north for Kim Bailey and has an obvious chance to add to his impressive hurdle record of four wins from seven starts as he makes his chasing bow. However, he hasn't been seen since January and might just be worth taking on with GET OUT THE GATE. who also tackles larger obstacles for the first time. The Goldie charge has been far from disgraced in some really good-quality contests over timber recently and should deliver a leading account if taking to fences with fitness assured. Spinning Scooter has the benefit of chasing experience but needs to up his game here and Ciarabella has yet to make any real impression.
