In depth

Verdict

Glinger Flame had a nice introduction at Newcastle in November but this will be his first run since. LILY’S GEM has improved with each run and bolted up at Carlisle last month. Brian Hughes keeps the partnership intact and Stuart Crawford’s mare is hard to oppose in this, despite a penalty. Of the newcomers Finawn Bawn and Animore, brother to a dual Kelso bumper winner, catch the eye though the latter sports headgear.
