        Verdict

        This is an intriguing eleven furlong handicap with the outsider King Zafeen, Annibale Caro and Pearl¿s A Singer the three likely to dominate, with Annibale Caro taken to come out on top. King Zafeen had shown little of late before finishing well to be a close second at Musselburgh last time. That was an improved display, and provided it wasn¿t a one off, he can go well at a nice price. Pearls A Singer has been in great heart and is looking t9o complete the hat-trick here, having won narrowly at Brighton last time. She is certainly tenacious but may now be in the handicapper¿s grip. Sir Mark Prescott saddles Annibale Caro and the top weight comes here on the back of a good win at Carlisle last time. The selection is lightly raced and open to further improvement against more exposed rivals and Annibale Caro gets the vote.
