So Satisfied jumped nicely and won with a bit in hand over slightly shorter here in October though his path was cleared when the favourite departed and he has a 5lb rise to contend with. Calvigny has plenty of weight though Stephen Mulqueen's claim is a bonus, as it was when the combination completed a double over hurdles on this track just over a year ago. He will have needed his debut over fences at Carlisle, his first start since March, and could be good enough to concede the weight. However, his stable companion MARLEE MISSION looks the one to be on. He completed a four-timer over hurdles last season and makes his debut over the bigger obstacles from what could prove a fair mark. Yet another from the yard, Buffalo Ballet, is very lightly-raced for his age and also makes his chasing debut. Ascot De Bruyere had plenty of experience in France before joining James Ewart and he made a successful debut for the yard over hurdles at Musselburgh in February. He ran well on his return to action over fences at Sedgefield but poorly there last month. Munsaab went up 13lb for his Cartmel victory and has been well beaten there in three subsequent starts.
