Verdict
David O'Meara enjoyed an excellent weekend with his runners and INGLEBY HOLLOW should go close here for the yard and gain due reward for a sequence of consistent efforts. Arguably at his very best on quick ground, he is nevertheless perfectly capable under forecast conditions and is taken to score despite a small rise for yet another laudable effort last time when a half-length third at Hamilton. Chebsey Beau is steadily coming to the boil for John Quinn and the dual-purpose performer is respected whilst Skiddaw Valleys, a Ripon scorer on his penultimate start, will find this a much more acceptable assignment than when well beaten last time in a competitive Cumberland Plate. He could well emerge as the main threat to the selection, although his overall form suggests that any further rain would not be in his favour.
