In depth

Verdict

FABULEUX DU CLOS returned to action with a promising second at Carlisle on his hurdling debut. He should be in the mix at the finish while Rowdy Rustler improved to take second at Kelso last month and Livelifetothemax has a shout on his effort behind an odds-on favourite here last time. Pat's Pick disappointed when sent off favourite at Cork though jockey bookings suggest he’s preferred to stablemate Kingfisher Lane while Ginger Mail is worth a second glance on his hurdling bow.
