        Verdict

        ZARAK THE BRAVE and Gala Marceau were second and third respectively, with Enjoy The Dream a well-beaten fifth, behind the high-class Lossiemouth in the Champion Four Year Old Hurdle at the Punchestown Festival. Paul Townend is reunited with the former, who can confirm the form and go one better in this Grade 1. Losange Bleu looks the pick of the home team having won five of his seven hurdle starts and finished second in the other two. Lou Fast was only fourth when he won here just over three weeks ago and he inflicted a first defeat on La Haute Couture earlier.
