Verdict

REWIRED is closely matched with Kotmask on Huntingdon running in January and has improved since. He finished ahead of subsequent winner Hasty Parisian and Vazir at Doncaster next time and then won a maiden at Fakenham. Great Realisation took a step forward when third at Naas but never looked like winning but the other Irish raider, Vera Verto, got off the mark when having his sights lowered at Navan and looks a threat to all. Magistrato made a winning start for Paul Nicholls at Chepstow in the autumn but has disappointed since, including when just behind Saint Riquier in a Grade 2 at Cheltenham in November. Dr T J Eckleburg is on a hat-trick but this is his toughest assignment to date. Oceanline may be the pick of Alan King’s three runners.
