The consistent Grain of Truth is bound to be popular with backers but Sir Michael Stoute's runners have hardly been reliable of late and, at the likely odds, it may pay to look elsewhere with the vote going to Song of Passion over Indian Steppes. The last mentioned has been running consistently well of late but the presence of Frankie Dettori ensures that her price is likely to be artificially short so she may be best watched. Wagtail should appreciate the return to turf and may be open to further improvement, while Dash To The Front is less exposed than most of these and would be of interest if the market spoke in her favour. Song of Passion lost no caste in defeat behind Minority Report at Goodwood last time and she looks to be worth chancing back in a handicap today.
