Verdict

A cracking renewal of this Listed contest but it may be significant that Paul Nicholls thinks it’s worth taking on the boys with his unbeaten filly Posh Trish. She needed the stewards to help her get a verdict of Grageelah Girl at Aintree but then beat that rival impressively at Cheltenham and is on an upward curve. GALLAHERS CROSS changed hands for more than £1/4million after bolting up at Galway in October. Nicky Henderson won’t have allowed him to rest on his laurels and he could be top class. Herecomestheboom beat a subsequent winner on his debut under Rules at Cheltenham and Bullionaire was impressive at Newbury back in March. Two For Gold, Didtheyleaveuoutto, Strong Glance and Hidden Glen are all likely improvers while Portrush Ted and Woulduadamandeveit have already shown decent form.
