Last year's top rated juvenile Johannesburg, who landed four Group/Grade 1 victories in four countries amongst seven unbeaten starts, should make a bold bid. Aidan O'Brien's brilliant son of Hennessy possesses speed in abundance and will appreciate the return to this trip after failing to last home in two starts over further this term. Danehurst progressed into a high class sprinter last term but would ideally prefer easier conditions on her belated return. There is little between Vision Of Night (second), Misraah (fourth) and Invincible Spirit (fifth) on Sandown form over 5f earlier in the month. The former is 4lb better off at the weights but all three will be suited by the extra furlong here while the luckless Continent has place claims once again.
