    Verdict

Aidan O’Brien runs no less than six including 2017 winner Hydrangea. The latter had Coronet back in third last year but hasn’t performed at the same level so far this season and Ryan Moore partners Magical. The latter ran well in the Arc last time without threatening and this softer surface will suit but both Sizzling and Flattering found God Given too good in the Group 2 Park Hill at Doncaster where Luca Cumani’s charge also beat Pilaster. Bye Bye Baby was no match for KITESURF in the Prix Vermeille at Longchamp last month when Andre Fabre’s filly won at the highest level for the first time. She looks to have leading claims on that form and may prove to strong on testing going for today’s hot favourite Lah Ti Dar. The latter lost her unbeaten record in the St Leger but found only Kew Gardens too good and the Gosden filly has plenty of scope for further progress if handling the surface.
