    Verdict

Though circumstances mean that it is still early in the season, some tall reputations are on the line in this. Aidan O’Brien has won it four times since 2010 and saddles the Kingman colt Admiral Nelson, who beat a better-fancied stablemate over 5f at the Curragh eight days ago, though not in a particularly quick time. Creative Force beat Saeiqa and nine others at Newmarket and could be one of Godolphin’s better two-year-olds while Lauded is respected having demolished what was probably decent opposition on rain-softened going at Haydock. QAADER was very green at Newbury but came right away from market rival Running Back and the third has won since. He’s preferred to the other Johnston runners Army Of India and Thunder Of Niagara and gets the nod. Existent was all over the place at Newmarket but will know more today and is worth a market check.
