King Of The Night has won a couple of decent handicaps this autumn but this is a big step up in class. Veteran Lough Derg is a standing dish over C&D but still chasing a first win in this race after five attempts, while Katchit doesn't appear the force of old. Overturn won the Chester Cup on the Flat in May so shouldn't have any problem with this longer trip. He looked as good as ever back over hurdles at Perth in August and will be hard to peg back if allowed an easy lead here but OSCAR WHISKY is fancied to have his measure. He has a Grade 1 penalty to carry after winning the Aintree Hurdle in April but that hasn't proved a problem for other classy individuals in the past and the six-year-old can give Nicky Henderson a third win in the last four years.
