In depth

Verdict

PASSION AND GLORY has been raised 10lb for winning at Lingfield. But the Godolphin charge won easily over today’s trip on his first start since February and given he’s versatile as regards the ground, he looks worth sticking with. Data Protection makes less appeal on soft going having won at Newmarket a fortnight ago while Repertoire and Naval Commander step up in distance with the latter preferred after scoring over a mile at Newbury. Fabilis struggled in a Group 2 race in Italy last time and Without Revenge never figured over track and trip last month.
