      GARDEN PARADISE made a winning debut in handicaps when scoring over today’s trip in soft going at Newbury. Today’s similar conditions should she her make another bold bid despite a 4lb rise. Basilicata finished in front of Gwenhwyvar when going close over a shorter trip here back in May and runs over this far for the first time while Goolwa finished well ahead of subsequent winner Percy's Pride when scoring at Kempton and makes her handicap and Turf debut.
