Ennaadd didn’t enjoy the best of trips when sent off favourite at the All-Weather Championships last month and could only manage fourth. He has some fancy entries later in the year and should make a bold bid but MONDIALISTE (NAP) will be no pushover. Last year’s Arlington Million winner was well beaten in Dubai in March but David O’Meara’s charge will go close if anywhere near his best in this. Stablemate Firmament was runner-up in the Balmoral Handicap here in October but Kaspersky is preferred on his Group wins in Italy, though debuts for Jane Chapple-Hyam today. Tabarrak won over 7f here last season and Jim Crowley prefers him to both Algaith and Mootaharer, who has his first start since 2015.
