Verdict

Onslow Gardens travelled strongly for a long way when second on debut at Newmarket but Charlie Appleby trained the winner that day and his CITY OF KINGS is sure to leave the form of his first run at Sandown well behind if he gets away on terms today. Paddington is a half-brother to a winner in France but is unlikely to be one of Ballydoyle’s leading juveniles and plenty of other top yards have entries. Burnish is by Kingman and a half-brother to three winners while Lion Tamer is a half-brother to two winners.
