Flying Gunner First run of this season and didn't do too much last season. Best watched.
Ballycassidy (IRE) Consistent performer who runs on the back of three straight wins. Needs good ground and should do well.
Carbury Cross (IRE) Can mark a season debut with a win and come here on the back last season's hat-trick. Needs good ground. Should make a big challenge.
Knighted Made a winning season-debut at Aintree last year and another consistent sort. One to back if it rains, as he loves the soft. Good chance.
Crystal Gift Five years since last ran three miles. Ran third at Aintree over two miles in May. Could struggle to last the trip.
Young Dalesman Excellent run to win at Market Rasen over three miles last month. Showed plenty of potential. First run around Aintree though.
Karowna Struggled around Aintree in April and was pulled up. Yet strong Huntingdon win suggests some ability. Placing chance.
Fountain Bank (IRE) Has been kept on the boil all season and rarely disappoints. Others fancied here though.
Ballynattin Blue (IRE) Long time since last run, but won over this distance at Ayr last year. May need the outing.
Bullfinch Does stay the distance well, but is inconsistent. Was runner-up in this event last season. Outside chance.
