Verdict

A small field goes to post for this handicap chase but al of them have chances on there best form but we will take a chance on Joey Tribbiani. The gelding from the Ian Williams yard was a good second behind Runner Bean last time and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat. Damien's Choice rates the main danger he has won his last two races in the style of an improver notably when defeating Chergan last time out. However he has never won off a mark this high and he will need the rain to stay away if he is to score. New Bird has dropped to a handy mark but consistency is not his strong point. Sharpastrizam was behind Damien's Choice last time out and there is no reason why he should reverse placings even on these revised terms. Mumaris was disappointing last time out while Night Fighter is better with more cut in the ground.
