Verdict

Fakenham winner Red Seventy looks worth opposing in this under a penalty but Falcarragh and the luckless Kings Grey could figure eased in grade while Lucky Landing was runner-up in this last year when rated a pound higher and arrives off the back of a victory here over 2m4f. Vengeur De Guye was second at Cartmel last month but the ground here will be plenty quick enough. CLARAGH NATIVE is best on good going and beat a subsequent winner at Wetherby last month. An 8lb rise is plenty but Martin Todhunter's charge is still getting weight from his rivals and warrants the selection.
