Verdict

With Best Of The Lot not obviously well treated on his handicap chase debut we give NORBORNE BANDIT another chance to score with Tom's Toybox also considered. The pick has found himself second best on his last two starts with his latest effort a bit of a hard luck story has he hung away his chances of victory to lose by half a length. He races off the same mark that he carried last time, which was in similar company so he should run another big race. Best Of The Lot is certainly in good form having easily landed a novice event on his chase debut last time out. It was an impressive performance but on all known form his rating of 107 looks a little high. Tom's Toybox concedes a lot of weight all around here but he has shown he is capable of handling his current mark with a good run when two pounds lighter three starts ago. Master Nimbus looks weighted to mount a serious challenge after running well under his current burden on his last chase appearance and Laoch Dubh looks set for some prize money but has some form to overturn on the selection who is Norborne Bandit.
