Elliott Copper's FLYING DOCTOR has been in fine form of late in winning four of his last six starts and has every chance of winning again as he escapes a penalty for his recent win at Cartmel last month and he gets the vote do so with the main dangers rated as Markington and Meadows Thyne. Tony Martin's gelding has run better in his last three starts and any market support for the gelding would have to be noted. Victor Dartnell's Darstardly Dick was there with every chance before unseating his rider at Bangor last time and has to be considered, while Jennie Candlish's Downing Street ran better at Cartmel recently but this is tougher. David Pipe's Very Cool bounced back to winning ways when successful at Exeter last month and has claims but a 7lb rise for that win looks harsh and a bigger threat may come from Peter Bowen's Markington, who has shown a consistent level of form of late and he should be thereabouts again. It is hard to get away from Flying Doctor though and he can win off the same mark as last time and make it five wins out of his last seven outings.
