In depth

Formwatch

Bacchanal (IRE) Top notch novice who has destroyed the opposition in recent outings; this is far tougher but he still should go close.

Shotgun Willy (IRE) With First Gold having run away with the Martell Cup yesterday, his defeat of that horse looks even better than it did at the time; a future Gold Cup horse in the making, he looks set to reverse the defeat at the hands of Bacchanal on an unsuitable course. Should prove hard to beat.

Somemanforoneman (IRE) Beaten favourite last time out and this is a stiffer task; hard to see him troubling the principals.

Another Islay Absolutely no chance in this company - should have stayed at home!

Soundtrack (IRE) Has scored in three minor events and shown gradual improvement but this is a huge step in class and he simply doesn't look up to it.

What's Up Boys (IRE) Has won well last two starts and although held by the likely market leaderson bare form. is a horse with a lot of ability and could be thereabouts if in the mood; no forlorn hope.

Hati Roy (IRE) Four month absence to overcome but is a good mare as she showed when catching Behrajan at Cheltenham last time; each-way possible.

Gulshan Decent handicap hurdler but hasn't looked a natural over fences and looks up against it here.
