Verdict

Cirque Royal finished ahead of Ballybreeze when not beaten far in this grade at Cheltenham but the two previous winners set a decent standard. Richmond Lake won by 15 lengths making his debut under Rules at Bangor but BOMBS AWAY travelled strongly throughout when switching to hurdles at Sandown and he could be an above-average recruit.
