Challenge Cup winners Hull have signed half-back Albert Kelly from rivals Hull KR, while centre Steve Michaels has agreed a new contract at the KCOM Stadium.
Kelly has opted to join the Black and Whites after Rovers were relegated to the Kingstone Press Championship after losing the Million Pound Game to the Salford Red Devils.
The 25-year-old was the player of the year at Rovers in 2015 but the former Gold Coast Titan was left out of the side in the latter stages of last season due to disciplinary reasons.
"It was pretty exciting seeing Hull go to Wembley and win the Challenge Cup. Some of my good mates were in there and to see them smiling and lifting the trophy is something I want to do as well," Kelly said after agreeing a one-year deal.
"I think because the boys won it last year, we can go back to back if we put in performances each week."
Meanwhile, popular centre Michaels has agreed to extend his stay with Hull by a further 12 months.
Another former Gold Coast player, Michaels looked for a time as though he would be leaving East Yorkshire but he has now committed himself to Lee Radford's side.
"I'm really happy to be on board for next season. I love the players, the fans and the club. I'm really happy to commit my future to Hull FC," he said.
