After the British & Irish Lions' tour of New Zealand ended in an anticlimactic Test-series draw, should there be an option to determine a winner?

With the Lions looking to seal back-to-back series victories for the first time since 1974, everything rested on Saturday's winner-takes-all contest at Eden Park.

However, after a pulsating 15-15 draw, the thousands in attendance and the millions watching around the world were left with a tinge of disappointment as the spoils were shared for the first time since the Lions' 1955 tour of South Africa.

The result led to calls for future deciding Tests to have the option of extra-time, a 'golden point' scenario, penalty kicks or the overall Test aggregate to be used to determine a winner.

"It's not the result either team wanted," All Blacks fly-half Beauden Barrett told Sky Sports. "It would have been good to see a result - I was ready to go for another 10 minutes."
