The final round of the PRO14 was completed on Saturday leaving the path clear for six teams to challenge for the title.
Munster, who dashed Ulster's remaining hopes of a play-off spot in a 24-24 draw, will have home advantage in their quarter-final and will take on Edinburgh on Saturday with a 3.15pm kick-off at Thomond Park, live on Sky Sports Action.
In the other quarter-final tie, defending champions Scarlets are at home to Cheetahs after Wayne Pivac's team secured a dominant 33-8 bonus-point win over the Dragons at the Principality Stadium to finish second in Conference B.
Leinster are already through to the semi-finals, after finishing above their Welsh counterparts in the table, with the side facing the winners of Munster vs Edinburgh on the weekend of May 18/19/20.
Glasgow, despite their final round loss to Edinburgh, finished top of Conference A and will host either Scarlets or Cheetahs in the semi-final.
The winners of the two semi-finals will then meet in the Guinness PRO14 final at Dublin's Aviva Stadium on Saturday May 26.
